How would someone "generally" go about being intelligent if they were not so intelligent? No details or other factors or questions, pretend you know what I mean so we can create different ways of achieving this goal of self development. That's why I said "generally"

I think there are different kinds of intelligence. Like there is one for music, math, language, spatial reasoning, concentration power, senses, what ever! So many different kinds of intelligence all requiring one thing to improve it.

An awesome lifestyle. What do I mean by lifestyle? Something you do every day, so you don't need to think about it as a chore. Like this is the ideal lifestyle for me.

Eat healthy. Food is really important for intelligence. If you eat a lot of Omega 3, Vitamin D, and all the other vitamins and minerals your body and mind will operate so much more efficiently. You need to grease your joints, and work your heart every now and then, because the human body isn't designed for sitting at one location for long periods of time. Get up and move! I use to just purely strength train for power, but now since I am getting so huge I can't even scratch my back that well anymore, and my movements are slowing down.

I suggest training with purpose. Train your core, and your legs. I want to train so I can be good at all sports, parkour, and martial Arts.

Do you socialize with people? Do you get plenty of sleep? Do you have a highly developed sexual nature? These are all things that effect your brain functioning. What I mean by developed sexual nature? If you pick up Napolean Hill "Think and Grow Rich" You turn to page 11. He speaks about sexual transmutation. What one does is that they transmute that horny, sexual feeling and channel it into something productive. Say you can channel it into becoming more intelligent.

Though intelligence is very subjective. What may be intelligent for you may not be intelligent for me. Our neural circuitry is always changing. Constantly we are forgetting. Our minds are moving forever in perpetual NOW NOW NOW! Yet what we CARE most about we do not forget. Like if you believe in something very strongly you won't forget. One got to be alert. The feeling of love stays with one forever! It is a beautiful thing.

Also when I spoke about the different intelligence. They all require different things. Mostly repetition I believe. Each day little bit little bit. One Step at a time!!! REACH TO THE TOP REQUIRES patience. You wont be genius in one day, but if you practice and work at it.

I don't think genetics people should use such an excuse. Genetics is what pussies say at the gym. THEY are LIKE "Oh I have such bad genetics. I will never get muscular. I will never get awesome stamina." It is bullshit

Or they are like, "OH MAN xyz is so fucking smart I can't compete. I must have stupid genetics oh well.!"

FUCK GENETICS! Sure some people have advantage, but their DNA is very much the same. They are still humans. The only difference between you and them is maybe their parents worked a little harder, so they passed on those genes to their off springs. Doesn't mean you can't work hard as well. Like I believe if everyone worked hard for something and they wanted it with a passion they can get it eventually.

There is also a thing with old age. Time is running out! Yet it is all meaningless in the end because everything you worked for will disappear in the future, so yeah. Whatever :D If you enjoy being a pussy I say great, but if you want to be a champ I say good for you....

Actually It doesn't end in the future. IF you leave a legacy of being an ultimate champ your legend will carry itself out till the end of times!

"I don't think genetics people should use such an excuse. Genetics is what pussies say at the gym. THEY are LIKE "Oh I have such bad genetics. I will never get muscular. I will never get awesome stamina." It is bullshit"

I agree with you there. Bruce Lee started out extremely skinny before he became a ripped martial arts badass.

eat a healthy diet, and supplement if necessary to get all the nutrients that the brain needs to optimize performance and function, ie omega 3, b vitamins, etc.

stay hydrated

improve your vocabulary, learn new words and get comfortable using them on a daily basis.

read, read, read. learn about new things, new concepts.  if you read some philosophy books, take some time to think about what you've read.

start doing puzzles, and brain teasers, pick up chess maybe

learn to play an instrument

if you search on google, there's plenty of topics on the subject
