This is the "e-book" I've been working on for a little while.
I basically tried putting together a basic and practical guide to the fundamental and key aspects of emotional intelligence and management, so this is by no means a very detailed work, but if you're new to emotional intelligence or you're interested in getting into emotional management, I hope this helps. :)

Yeah, quite a few people won't be able to open docx. But thankyou for uploading this Dean, I'm going to read it now and I'm expecting it to be awesome! :D
By the way guys, if you don't have the latest version of Word you can use http://www.openoffice.org/ which is free and excellent.
