For reference check out the community guidelines http://ipowerproject.com/page/i-power-community-guidelines if you have a doubt about posting something, best speak to Shiznit.
Permalink Reply by The Shiznit on February 12, 2012 at 9:16am Not sure why you asked this, Kyle, since you've been a member for a while and should know the answer already... but to quote from the Community Guidelines:
{which outline several "regulatory" items...}
Moderation Policy
We reserve the right to remove any content posted. It is true that we as the I Power Crew are often active on fronts where we defend freedom of speech, but for the sake of community management, it is impossible to allow for absolute freedom of speech on a social network. I Power has always been to some extent a curated platform. We reserve the right to remove content that is deemed irrelevant or counter-productive to the focus and goals of the site.
.
And while public debate regarding Moderation decisions and the Community Guidelines themselves is not permitted, there have been a few posts about this subject in the past.
These are a couple of my own:
My Views on Tolerance & Moderation
I-Power and Censorship on the Internet
.
And, of course, I-Power's major themes have always been Self-Development; Activism, {which can generally include sociology & politics;} and topics that relate to Science & Technology.
