Found this today, and while it's over a year old, I doubt that anything has changed. In fact they have probably only gotten worse. To quote from the video:
"Court decisions have consistently upheld that there is no warrant necessary for GPS tracking of a vehicle when the vehicle is in a public space."

psh! I mean, c'mon! When are cars ever not in a public space? lol

Anybody out there know anything more about this subject? and how many other things like this are agencies like the FBI allowed to do w/o a warrant to track us?
