I REALLY have troubles with sleeping.

Call it Insomnia or not, but I really don't know what to do anymore. It messes up my day time plans and such. It's 10.51am and I haven't slept, and I'm going to have to keep myself awake now because there are things I have to do today. over the past month or so though, I've slept through at least 10 days due to lack of sleep the night before.

What can I do about that? :/

that I'm some kind of god or something.  lol

Insomniac is far from godlike.

Eh.. What I did after my gaming addiction was. I got a nice sleeping pattern after I got a job and my problems resolved. I don't stay up late for whoever or whatever anymore, because I don't want to mess up my sleeping pattern. I'm not a kid anymore who thinks he's free to stay up as late as he wants .
(Keep in mind, insomniac is also a real disease, sorry if I offended anyone.)

ah so familair with it. ive been working evening shifts for 3 years straight (till 1:00) then i went to bed at 4:00-5:00 and woke up like 13:00-14:00. This really messed my sleeping pattern and it messes up mind and metabolism. In the end i lost 15 kilo in 2 months cause of it. That scared me so i quit my job, found a job with normal shifts. It took me few weeks to get normal sleeping pattern (from 23:00- 7:00)

Now im back in normal shape and dont feel wrecked anymore.

Best advice is stick with this time and get at least 8 hours of sleep and eat healthy and stop the coffee and dont eat/drink too much sugar.

once ur adapted to ur new rythm you feel like a million bucks.

Only solid way I found to fall asleep completely(no matter the tiredness) is booze.

It works.

damn... I where just trying to help :/
