I had a great idea for my first discussion / movement.

I, myself, suffer from terrible self-esteem and self-worth.

I am going to do this every freakin' day, and if I miss a day, make me feel bad for it. Help me, and feel free to join in.

Step One: Turning on the computer or opening a journal.

Step Two: Pick one, and only one good thing about yourself.

Step Three: Elaborate and tell us everything about that one good thing, and why you are happy with it.

Step Four: Be proud of that one good thing.

That's all there is too it. Feel free to join in, I'm going to do it every single day until my irrational side realizes that I am an awesome person.

Man, hope I didn't ruin this for you ;) Was hoping to see you continuing anyway... My intentions where merely to point out the importance of also executing this self-definition, so that others sees you as the person you want to be, not to drain your motivation.
