If you had to be completely honest and name your biggest character flaw, what would it be?

And do you have any idea yet about how to work on it?

Shoot!

I thought about this.  How do I choose what I would call the biggest flaw among many?  For me I came to the conclusion that it would have to be the flaw that most greatly affects my personal happiness:

Sex is seduction to me.   This has been the root cause of every relationship ending I think.  I do not sexually desire a woman for long.  I've loved and still do love every woman I've been with, but I more often than not, do not desire them sexually for more than a few weeks.   And when the desire stops, this leads to them feeling unloved, even if I do love them dearly, and in the end leaves me alone...

Narcissism and deficit of super ego.

How about you Dean?

Projecting too much into other people. I think you could call it caring too much what others think but it's not as conscious.

I get overwhelmed easily by other people's emotional states, and can't always think clearly or be myself, which can lead to confusing situations. I love working on it though :)

I dont act. cause im a f*in coward and lazy.

as far as i experienced, social interaction makes the energy for you to develop habbits which cause change.

Being shy, which led me to be antisocial and tense and for a long time naive and assuming all people were thought like I did, also being a bit autistic. I fought being shy my whole life, I knew about it in very early stages of my life, and felt like it a kind of disease, now I'm getting close to moderate level. Except for that curiosity is sort of a flaw that has led me bad places, but still I think it can be a nice trait which keeps me engaged. Temperance.
I can't for the life of me motivate myself for school. No idea how to work on it.
Laziness, hands down.
Laziness in combination with an everlasting need for affection.
Impulsiveness.
impulsiveness in general i think is a great trait to have ^^ being yourself in the rawest form i guess you could say... before all the conformity and hesitation kicks in. biggest downside to being impulsive would be if this was causing you to neglect what you feel is 'more important' in life... there's nothing to say we can't have both though right? to be whimsical, in a responsible way? ^^

Adding myself to the lazy train. I will put all my goals into action tomorrow or maybe the day after that...

My biggest flaw is the fact that I spot out other's flaws too quickly, and I get fed up with people fast because of this, making it hard for me to find people I think are cool.

"Interesting. I think that just being aware that our behavior is not always justified and taking on some personal responsibility can go a long way."
