Healthy Recipe of The Week
Spaghetti and [insert vegetable/salad/any healthy thing here]
This Recipe is ideal for those who are doing the I-Power Monk week. It's pretty healthy, and with the correct customisations, it can be a very enjoyable meal.
Please use Wholemeal Spaghetti as it is the healthiest
1) Take a pot, put it on a stove and put some spaghetti into it (do not light it yet)
2) drop a slice of butter into it
3) Apply any herbs and spices (I personally add ground pepper and salt)
4) Boil 1-1.5l (depending on pot size) of water in a kettle (because it's faster than boiling it on the stove)
5) Pour the water into the pot
6) light your stove
7) wait about 5-10 minutes for the spaghetti to be finished (when it feels nice and soft and has a good consistency when you sir it with a spoon
8) pour the contents in your pot into a sieve/strainer to remove excess water
9) put the spaghetti on a plate. (I personally add olive oil for taste)
The next part is to have some vegetables/salads on your plate. I personally have about a 1:2 ratio of vegetables to food.
Experiment with your ideas. You may get some fails or some problems during the first few times; however you should experiment on what vegetables to add, flavourings.
Remember it is easy to make Healthy food; however it is hard making healthy food tasty

Health Issues I think is the closest thing to this group and it's very general. This I think is more specific about eating healthy and the little things in your diet which affect your health
