Self Education, on a Group level, in organized webcam meetings on Google+ or Skype, at conveniently prearranged times and with chosen topics.

How will it work?

Members will study on their own, any subject they're interested in, but it has to be something they can effectively present on webcam to others. Everyone does this, at their own pace, and then teaches, and is taught in return.

The Purpose:

To promote self development and increase friendly connectivity in the IPower community.

The google hangouts has a function that lets you share your screen. This wy you could also use "paint" or something to make simple illustrations.
