First Public Collection | Inspired by I Power & ShareCraft

From left to right:
QuantumLatheus, theoretical physicist at University of Manchester studying for MSc and also interning with leading researchers, youtube channel: youtube.com/user/quantumlatheus
SparTom007, founder of NCUK, NorthernCorner.co.uk
PokéMasterAsh, Astrophysicist at University of Manchester studying for MSc, producer for NorthernCorner.co.uk

This was the first public collection I've ever done since starting NCUK. We had to get legal permits and then we made our signs out of recycled materials and used our time with a permit not to just collect donations for SaveTheChildren (all of which goes to them, none of which we keep guaranteed by the legal stuff of our permit). We spread awareness of how mainstream media doesn't make people aware of the severity of the current crisis in East Africa because it's not a spectacle. I told people about sharecraft and it's implications in getting rid of negative stereotypes propogated about people who play videogames.

This work was inspired by people of this site and projects like ShareCraft :)

Lore replied to Lore's discussion Condemning others to validate ourselves.
"Maybe I take empathy and attempting to understand such actions by people to the extreme, but I think it is important to understand the causes of such behavior. You do bring up a good point about school shootings Nathaniel, in that the media makes…"

Nathaniel Mortazavi replied to Lore's discussion Condemning others to validate ourselves.
"I agree with the principle to an extent. However, in the case of school shooters, I don't think it can be justified. Same with rape. There's definitely a line, but like you said, those are the most extreme cases. On the topic of mass…"
