So... My week is over, and gotta admit, this is one of the coolest things Ive ever done for myself.First of all... Ive quit smoking (so far), and Ive started to use less time on my pc... I-Monk week day 6

Yo yo yo!Had a good day... Invited a friend over for the final TDF race, had some beers, and later played a lil bit of WoW... Still keeping up with all my rules, and Im now doing 30 pushups instead of 20 every morning... At the last day of the week (tomorrow), Ill wrap everything up, tell you what went good, what went bad, what I liked and didnt, and what I wanna keep on doing after the week is over... Techno/electronic: Technoboy, D Devils, Prodigy... Pretty much everything from Qlimax.
I like alot of blues, jazz... Even some pop like Michael Jackson, Abba and som older danish stuff... Not very fond of R'n'B and Gangster Rap... other than that, I pretty much like all kinds of musical genres.

Favorite movies:
Phew... Tough one... My almtime favorite must be The Shawshank Redemption, but there are always so many new great movies coming out like Wall-E, Juno, Die Fälscher, Das Leben der Anderen, Transformers, V For Vendetta, Watchmen and soo on... So I cant place anything specific, but nothing is properbly ever gonna beat The Shawshank Redemption.
Favorite books:
Alot of danish. Hans Christian Andersen is my favorite danish writer.

Phillip Pullman's books about the Golden Compass (hate the movie though), Harry Potter, Gates of Fire, Erik Menneskesøn (danish book).
Goals/Projects/Aspirations:
Have a positive influence on the people around me. Help whoever are in need of help, with whatever I have. Becoming a better guitarist. Get better at taking initiative for myself. Getting an education.

Okay so we made it to day 3, and Im still feeling good about the project.



Today I just had a chill day... Kicking it at home with a cold beer watching some Tour de France and playing some WoW in the evening... Once again today, the only rule I broke was the rule about getting to bed before 01:00 o clock... So these next couple of days, Im really gonna try and go to bed at a reasonable hour... Tomorrow Ill be having some m8's over for a party, so Im prolly not gonna stick to that rule… Continue

Another great day! This is just getting better and better.



Started out by taking a cold shower, and gotta tell you, this is something that Im 100% sure Ill keep doing after the week is done... did my situps and pushups, and went to have a healthy breakfast. The rest of the day I hang out in the nearby park with some friends, drninking some beer and playing some ball, so it was an all in all great day.
