When I got back from my trip yesterday, my mom informed me that over 25 kids at my school were out sick. That might not seem like much, but that accounts for 40% of the students in my high school. I…Continue

Return of the monk?...

Posted on October 28, 2009 at 1:51am 2 Comments

Back from my five day exile/vacation and now it’s time to get back to business. At the moment I’m doing homework so that means I’m serious lol (I made a bad habit of not doing it this year). Last weekend, I had to travel more than 600 km over a period of five days for a five minute check up on my braces. Not bad huh? I got to see some family including my brother and I avoided a big flue outbreak in my hometown (I dodged a bullet there ;), so it wasn’t too bad. Anyways, I’m back now, feeling… Continue

Quit my job

Posted on October 13, 2009 at 3:28am 0 Comments

Yeah, I quit my job last Friday. It wasn’t easy to do, but seeing how I couldn’t continue anymore without giving up training, it seemed like the right decision. For those who aren’t aware, I began working at a restaurant a few months ago, right before school began. At first, I taught I was going to be able to manage it. It was paying most of my expenses and it substituted my video gaming addiction, so it seemed like the ideal place to be. As time went on, I really began training hard. I didn’t… Continue

I'm back

I’m back…

Yup, school as finally ended and a new chapter as begun. I’ve finished the garbage/iron man movement and I’m currently working on some new projects. I said “what the hell?” I might as well announce them here and now. These next few months are going to be jammed packed with self development, community interactions, fucked up shit and much much more. I’ve not planned everything out, but I have a rough draft and that’s all I really need right now. Besides, I need to leave… Continue

Jedi/Garbageman mode training (Day 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 of 40)

Yeah, I'm sorry about not posting within the last couple of days, I've been quite occupied with exams, training and such. I managed to free some time today to post this. I suppose I’ll begin with a review of the last couple of days. Note that I’ll only be outlying events which I deem to be interesting, because I’ve forgotten nearly everything else.

On day 34 I was picking up garbage around that house I mentioned. While I was finishing up my last bag, I noticed this old septic tank… Continue

Condemning others to validate ourselves.

I'd like to discuss something that bothers me about people, how often times people condemn others for doing something wrong all the while ignoring their own transgressions. I'm going to use an extreme example of school shooters. Society condemns…See More
