I have an idea on a group, self education project, based off individual studies, then, teaching what you've learned to a group of people within the club. For example, Bart reads Das Kapital, by Karl Marx, he gives a lecture on economics, socialism, etc.I think it's a great way to expedite learning, self study, versus trying to find the time to do it all yourself. To all those interested, I'll be starting a group for it and meeting on G+ on agreed times with the members. No real limits on what…See More

The Tao of Jeet Kune Do on Conciousness

Posted on December 28, 2012 at 5:00am 0 Comments

I'm moving and not moving at all. I'm like the moon underneath the waves that goes on ever rolling and rocking. It is not "I'm doing this" , but rather, an inner realization that "this is happening through me" or "it is doing this for me". The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action.

The localization of the mind means it's freezing. When it ceases to flow freely as it is needed, it is no more the mind…

Weekly Achievement Challenge

Posted on December 12, 2012 at 3:30am 3 Comments

This is a project I want to start for ipower, for us to record things in life that we accomplish. This could be a random act of kindness; running further or faster than before; getting a new job; passing your exams; etc.; but not like getting a new high score on a game or something, (unless you're doing it major league for money.)

At least once a week, post something here you've done that made you feel better, or that positively affected your environment.

What if we trusted you?: Jerry Michalski at TEDxCopenhagen 2012
