UPDATE:
Well so far, I have become much more honest, I still get scared occasionally, I still have a hard time following through with my thoughts though I am getting better. And my mind only... how do I say it, still prevents me from doing what I want to do in social envirements, though I am getting better at it.

yo guys, some of you might remember last year i ate healthy for a whole week to get ready for a swim meet to try and qualify for the 100 backstroke time, i failed but this year I'm not eating healthy for a week, im eating healthy for the WHOLE WINTER.
