Sooooo, I promised I would keep updated by blogging, and I'm gonna stick with it. Last week has been a pretty slack week for me - a bit of a slip in my rhythm, but I'm picking it back up this week.
The fitness challenge is going OK I guess.. I finished last week (2) on 53 crunches and 27 push-ups for exhaustion. That's a minor improvement on push-ups, and zero
