just wanted to say that whats hapening now is really great - new videos, posts and people every day, i guess i have to join in as well with something, but im at that period when i just take whatever IPower trows at me n improve my state so i just report what has changet since joining IPower.
nr1. i excercise n run every week + i read about improving my skinny state so i eat stuff with more protein
nr2. i have come to the point when i smoke just some 2 cigarets…

Hi, greatest comunity around, the day i found i-power was like i found home :) may sound strange, but most of ya probably understand ;)
Where i would like to get some feedback - i really have problems with changing myself
Everything is fine with first two steps, but practicing ideas aint that easy
Well i dont have problems with most, but still.
So the question is - how to start changing things which u used for all ur life while realizing it couse u thought… Continue
