Get In Shape!!!

The day has finally come.  I'm going to start P90X again and hopefully this time I can finish it. I figured posting that i was going to do it on here would be more inspiration to keep me going.  If you have done P90X and would like to share with me your results it would be appreciated.  In fact if you have any story about getting in to shape and how it has changed your life i would like to hear it because this is self development activism and i think that your body should be developed as well… Continue

religion 2 (personal)

Religion 2 Jan 27th pat donovan

OK, so my sex-politics-religion blog series is almost over. This does NOT mean I've covered everything I want to say.

To me, religion is personal, not the 'faith->religion->politics' dynamic I used in the last time. (Thou I still think politics worships communication, media and power.)

Like man = muscle hustle and brains, religion is all three, all at at same time.

Yes, I'm catholic. (Or was. Weddings and… Continue

Thank you & Kick-Ass SDA Events

Some people seem to be debating whether or not this vlog has any real content or whether it's right for me to be happy with the outcome of the documentary.

First of all, I wanna deeply apologize to those who were disappointed by the documentary, we disappointed a lot of people and that means that, we can and must do better.

Second, I can't feel anything but deep gratitude for the fact that the vast majority loved the documentary (YouTube 'Likes' vs 'Dislikes', torrents going…

Welcome to the age of communication worship. (the web, ipods, Blackberrys, wireless flash mobs, TV, etc etc etc. Communication, marketing, development)

Sonds Metaphysical but now is Scientific

First let me say that I am really HAPPY and PROUD because of Chiren and Reese!

You guys make/made a HUGE contribution!

I see humanity going on the quest for consciousness and that makes me happy!

But now: "Sounds Metaphysical but now is scientific" Chiren says something like that quite often lately!

Now what does this mean!

I think it means "Yes i know the Rishis, or Yogis or whatever spiritual tradition you wanna take, knew all that before, but they just…

my aspirations - Project "being a better person"

yo guys,

so i gathered some thoughts about the very nature of aspirations,

and i concluded that aspirations are everything. You need them if you want to develope a likeable charakter,

you need them if you want to achieve something and you need aspirations to know who you are.

In short, if you want to answer the question "who do i want to be?" you need the aspiration to become the best version of yourself, or maybe just the aspiration "i want to…

shape of things to come

Shape of things to come; Jan 21st 2011 Pat Donovan

THE WAY is open and you shall not be denied.

Communications. Hipsters, trendoids and fashionetas.

Hey, technoids aren't the people to be anymore. Everything is automated now. Politics, all it.

With communication getting even more intense these days... (twits on a global yes/no cycle) it behooves ya to look to the future occasionally. Before it smacks ya in the face, ferinstance.

Fail blog

I made a blog about changing myself in the new year. I wasn't very successful. Okay, so lets break it down... First we will start with energy level. My energy level right now seems to be at a decline. I guess I have to really keep an eye on what I put into my mouth!!!

When I put crap into my body I end up feeling like crap and this pretty much breaks my day down automatically. Like I lack energy to rap, I lack energy to do homework, I lack energy to exercise, and I resort to bad habit…

Comcastrophe‏, the first step from an old threat to Net Neutrality

I want to share a letter that I just received from Josh, who is with FreePress.net. It shows that with the recent fake Net Neutrality that was voted in, back in December of  2010, that we MUST call to arms everyone that really cares about a free and open internet. I urge you to read and share with every social site that you are involved with. Thank you for your time. Here is what is says

Cleaning the slate

Ok so this is kind of going to be a ranting, but I'll try.  Over the last couple of months a TON of stuff has happened in my life. I built up my social circle, opted out of a relationship, and changed my routines. The way I did things at school has completely changed. And now that I have everything I was working for for the last couple years, I suddenly don't want ANY  of it. I almost feel like I want to go completely back to the way things were before. The only think I'm keeping is my real…

Net Neutrality for those who think its hypothetical

Allot of people have this in their minds when it comes to Net Neutrality. Time to set the records of your mind on a new path. The path of truth when its come to one of our greatest freedoms.

Isn't the threat to Net Neutrality just hypothetical?

No. By far the most significant evidence of the network owners' plans to discriminate is their stated intent to do so.

The CEOs of all the largest telecom companies have been clear about their plans to build a tiered…

It's looks like I'm back to blogs.

Sorry that I've been absent as of late. I've been going through some stuff with the family and what not. It's always great coming back here because no matter how long I've been away everything seems to keep turning and it's very easy to jump into the new topics in the forums and fun to watch all of the new vlogs.

Oh, Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!

I've been gone for two holidays! I just realized that now.
