Last week i made a clear goal, i`m going to become a head-chef. I`m doing this in order to be able to have more influence in my surroundings. The restaurant business is clearly something in need of some socialism :)

I got my self a job interview and i`m gonna have a "trial-week" in a few days. Don`t even know if i want this job, seemed a bit sketchy at the interview, but i`ll bite for a week.

And this speed-reading is awesome. I started out by reading 210 words a minute, earlier today i tested two times, two different articles; 350 and 390 words per minute. I will continue doing the excercises i learned about that, by new year i will probably be reading at the speed of light :P

And as for goals for next week, i will find some tomorrow, gotta rest for now.

Awesome to hear speed reading is working for you and your goal is in sight!

By the way, you mentioned once in chat how you've noticed that self-teaching has had a positive impact on your relationships too! I'd love for you to write about that in your next blog post :)

I can write a bit about that here:) Learning is increasing self-confidence. Self confidence is important for a relationship in many ways, and the way it has affected mine is that i don`t get so offended when gf asks me to do something. Now i still might not do it :P but i won`t be worried about that doing as she asks will "strip me of my manhood". I read an article in the newspaper concerning how men reacted to be asked to do something by a woman. Just put some things in perspective, and that some reactions are stupid:)

lol. sometimes I act all offended when my dad asks me to go do something in the kitchen. learning definitely does keep your mind off of things. I enjoy learning what I like to learn about. It makes life less dull and happy when you are able to discover new things everyday and actually be able to apply them to real life.

I'd like to discuss something that bothers me about people, how often times people condemn others for doing something wrong all the while ignoring their own transgressions. I'm going to use an extreme example of school shooters. Society condemns…See More
