Thought i should make a little summary of how things have gone on with myself and how ipower has had an impact since i joined three years ago.

As many others i clicked the link on one of the athene youtube movies and saw this website. At first i was kind of sceptical, it looked kind of like some fangroup or worshipers of the crew. This turned out to be wrong, as first impressions often are. I never turned into some freak in any way by joining the site.

There was this thing, "i-power munk". I tried this two times, and it was really great. When "I-monking" i would live very healthy for a week. This means excercice in some manner daily, eating healthy (vegetables, fruit, vegetables, fish, vegetables, water, vegetables) and getting enough sleep. This is of course a lifestyle i could not keep on forever, but it gave an experience of a different lifestyle, and from that i still do warm-up excersices in the morning and take water and nutrition seriously.

I-power has not given me more confidence, i had a lot of that from before. I thought i had a good understanding of how the world worked and what needed to be done. I REALLY did not know much, i`ve heard a lot of opinions from others and adopted them because i respected those who said it.

The i-power crew did not try to push their own opinions, they told us their opinions and pushed us to make our own opinions. And from this i learned that i had very little understanding of the world, and that no one could be truly trusted to craft my believes and opinions.

On I-power i`ve had the opportuniy to discuss my own opinions with those of a whole other opinion and come to understand Marks and Engels Thesis + Anti-thesis = synthesis. And just to mention some of the things i`ve learned about since i joined: The Venus Project, Sharecraft, SOPA (etc.), TedTalks and Wikileaks.

In General i`ve had a lot of success in my life these three last years. I`ve been together with a girl who accepts me for who i am, no matter how weird her friends think i am. I completed my education and i`m now oficially recognised as a professional cook. And i`ve got closer to the friends i love, so close i can admit i do not "like" them, i love them, and not in the facebook way.

and just to finnish, my blog, because i could go on and on and on, here is some true art that has been posted many times on i-power many times.

I like to mention how much I attribute this site in making me into the confident person with drive and ambition I am today. There are certain members of this site that don't realise that just by keeping this community active they have created an environment that is truly amazing if you let it be. It's a shame this site seems to go through phases of activity to darkness seemingly sporadically (not used that word for so long I actually looked it up to make sure I was using it correctly haha) I'd probably complain if the site got too busy though because I like the feeling of knowing the community is close and cares. Most people don't get that experience because they don't contribute enough I feel though.

I'm downloading a shit ton of stuff for work atm so can't watch that video yet but hopefully I remember to. I should learn more about chaplin, he seems like a brilliant guy, not just for his work in comedy! I'm really loving learning about the artist Banksy atm :) I'm not realy into what most people call "art" (who is though? xD) I love things with meaning I can relate to :D

"Interesting. I think that just being aware that our behavior is not always justified and taking on some personal responsibility can go a long way."

"I agree with the principle to an extent. However, in the case of school shooters, I don't think it can be justified. Same with rape. There's definitely a line, but like you said, those are the most extreme cases. On the topic of mass…"
