Whats up guys. I am sitting here. Kind of sick with stuffy nose, and a bloated belly. Been messed up for couple of days. Ever since I won the competition my health has been going down. I have been, so tired and unable to concentrate on anything productive. My workouts seem fine for now, because I have decided to just go bulking. It is impossible almost to gain muscle without gaining some fat, so oh well. Working out is just a part of my life now like pooping, eating, and sleeping. 

Anyways I want to talk about having a clear intent. A definite purpose for whatever you do. It is amazing how my grandma is so obsessed over religion and God. She knows what she has to do day by day. She is guided on her direction in life, which I believe is good.

My strongest intent comes from bettering myself for someone I love. Could say greatest form of empathy possible. When I am not thinking about them then then I lack that intent in my actions lose strength in the long run. Now I am not saying this has to be everyone intent for bettering themselves, but it surly is effective for a lot of people.
