New Mission: Get Healthy
Guys, I'm gonna level with you. I have failed at my mission to be Healthy for years now. Its a god awful struggle for me. I am not on the side of giving up, but dam guys this is no easy task for a college student who's school serves shit, who's gym sucks, and who's wallet is empty.
I've spent the better part of my life eating shit! and i really aim to change it. and my changes have started somewhat successfully.
I have only drank water (and booze with friends once in a blue moon) for a year now (that one was easy!)
I have been on and off eating whatever half or less than half nutritional veggies that my school offers.
I have also been on and off eating less of the junk that my school offers (ie. Pizza, fries, fried chicken, and other shit!.)
But these small changes and half assed changes are obviously not enough to get healthy.
I have to do this guys, i have to get healthy.
I will do it!
Maybe putting it out there will help.
