Hi Al,
You left a message on my wall ages ago, sorry it took me a while to reply. I'm not really a buddhist (are you?), though find lots in buddhism to inspire me. I particularly love the idea of the bodhisattva, people who give up on seeking enlightenment, and choose instead to use their lives for the wellbeing of all. It is a great model to follow when bringing together personal development and planetary healing.
Best wishes

Chris.
ps enjoyed the music on your page.

For me, being an alpha is not to be a leader in family, town or between friends, it's more about responsible and assertive mindset :)

Yesirree! I'm glad you were open my home page. Some say there's too much junk on it and they have trouble opening it! I'm trying to figure out how to streamline it a bit... Did you like any of that "media?"

hahah funny u shud just write that. i JUST finished updating my profile lol. I used to be really into it and I believed in the spiritual part of it, still do, but I wouldn't call myself Wiccan. I basically believe that the universe is one and we're all connected through it, but nothing anymore detailed than that, which is why I now just call myself spiritual :)

You want to visit the fjords? I can understand that ;)
They're beautiful, though I have never thought about it, since I've grown up with them.
But I know very many visit Norway only to see the fjords, so I guess it must be worth it.
I've always wanted to try bass. I play el-guitar, though I have been very lazy about it lately.
Come visit the fjords!.
