ACTA is something CLEARLY differen Flo. Please take a look at the following video:

Acta was very bad in it's first version, but now it is reworked, and very soft. If you take a closer look at it, there is nearly nothing you could complain about! Don't overreact ;) Inform yourself.
They reworked it because people complained about it. So, if you just go on, as if they didn't change anything to fit your needs.. who will take you seriously anymore?
