Comment by Cole Riggall on February 24, 2012 at 6:16am "Grow your apples, pick'em, and then eat the fuck out of 'em." Amen! -bumper sticker worthy haha. But, in short, I think desire is a prerequisite to drive, making it invaluable. I know ,personally, I have the desire to enjoy life, which has driven me to make progress towards doing so, and that this is a perpetual desire contributing to my happiness. I see Celina's point, kind of like reaching Nirvana in Buddhism. However, I wonder what one would call the Buddha's impulse to teach his path to enlightenment to others -other than desire. The logical desire to spread what he thought was the truth. Idk! Interesting to think about though. Always a pleasure Thraushtins, take it easy friend!
