Just shot a little 'SDA Vlog #3B' to answer the questions, will be up in the near future.

To answer szabi's "Should I feel guilty if I do not contributing anything? (One important question I've been thinking about.)":

It depends. 'contributing' is very vague and encapsulates a whole lot. Just trying to be a better person and trying to the best possible friend/partner/parent/... in your life is already huge and a lot of people who succeed at even just some of it get their drive for contribution fulfilled just through that.

I'm basically saying that it's hard for me to decide, you have to look at your situation and be honest with yourself about whether or not the guilt is justified. If you feel like you can and should do more and you could do so being just as happy or happier than you are now, then the guilt makes a lot of sense and could serve as a potent reminder of that.

That blog wasn't as short, snappy and powerful as usual so I felt it didn't fit the SDA Vlog series. Turned it into a blog instead! Check it out, my morning routine and meditation technique: http://athenism.net/profiles/blogs/my-morning-routine-amp

"Oh and anarchy imo has a bad stigma but doesn't necessarily imply a bad thing. It's an absence of laws and government, which I believe humanity is cable of living in such conditions in ideal circumstances, although the humanity we…"

Hello fellow posters,No matter where you go, there you are and so, here I am. Or am I?I don't suppose it really matters where we are because in all likelihood we're just mathematical algorithms in a simulated quantum universe and yet it doesn't feel…See More

"Interesting points. I just want to clarify that I didn't mean that society gets all the blame in these scenarios. In my opinion, in some of these cases, there is a shared blame. Maybe referring to society as a whole was too much of a…"

What if we trusted you?: Jerry Michalski at TEDxCopenhagen 2012

Many institutions we take for granted are designed from a basis of mistrust. Skip school too often? Go to jail. Run that red light, even when nobody is around for blocks? Ticket. Movements around the world are finding new ways, flipping the model,…
