In this episode I discuss a controversial question I found on reddit. The expressions in this video are just my opinions and I realise this is a sensitive subject but I have tried to make this so it will not offend anyone.

Haha yeah I understood the bit about me apparently being a faggot but I didn't understand the first part xD
And yeah in the US the law is, if you are drunk, you can't legally consent to sex and it's always technically rape if the person you have sex with is drunk and you're not...
Lol my gf has raped me and I've raped her a few times going by this logic xD

Me and some friends are travelling to the US on friday, so, good to know that having sex with drunk people can be considered rape. Hard to believe, though. What if both persons are intoxicated? No problem then I guess?

If you're both intoxicated it doesn't matter because you might not be able to prove it. From what I understand, it doesn't matter anyway because technically it would just be rape whilst drunk :\
