What rats can tell us about nutrition! - IPower Vlog 2

This vlog is based on a study I stumpled upon in the book "Health and Nutrition" by Sir Robert McCarrison and shows what a good and a bad diet can lead to. B...

When you talked about that the B-group also had social problems, it reminded me of this famous chef we have. He was talking about the importance of food, and that it was important far beyond your own physical health. He pointed out that the french revolution, the russian revolution and almost all revolutions, have have happened during times of hunger.

Another thing about sugar. When the British started to import it, the upper class who could afford it got fat. So they proclaimed that being fat was good, a sign of both class and health.

I liked it just because it has Bernhard is in it. But no seriously, it's a good, informative vid about food. I know a lot of people here where I am have a ton of health problems. When you take a look at their lifestyle and how they eat, watching how much soda they can chug down, it's no wonder they got problems: they have a huge imbalance in nutrition. Interesting that nutrition affects behavior. Good stuff :D

They had problems with their digestion-system. So, yes, absolutely. Rats with gas.

Maybe that's why they got aggressive.
Like: "What the f*** who was that?! Did YOU just fart at me? Oh imma go and bite your f***ing tail off, motherf****!!"

I am interested in nutrition. Wouldn't mind watching more videos about nutrition. I am trying to lose fat at the moment, but I feel so tired after doing a cardio session. Maybe you can talk about having a more balanced diet.

I would also love to learn more about nutrition, watched a couple of related documentaries on documentaryheaven.com, but...

Would not it be great to have the nutrition facts per serving / next to the price;) in all restaurants and cafes?Ah, if I were a minister of healthcare in some crazy country, I would make it mandatory:) Consequently, I assume, I would have less sick people to take care of. A very egocentric decision:)

It would not make a difference I guess. Where I come from everything you can buy is labeled properly, and as far as I know cafes in america at least have calorie-labels on their food. People still buy their muffins, even if theres a huge "600kcal!" sign next to it...^^ I guess the next vlog I'll do is about why sugar or white flour products are bad. And I mean HOW bad they really are and what they do to your body. Or why fat isn't unhealthy... hmm....
